How Long Does It Take to Receive My Refund?

We process deposit refunds immediately after the inspection is complete. However, please note that your bank may take a few days to process and reflect the refund in your account. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

📦 If You Ordered Online: Your rental will arrive with a prepaid return airway bill. When you're ready to return it, simply contact Aramex to schedule a pickup—they’ll handle the rest!
🏬 If You Collected In-Store: Please return the product(s) to the same store where you picked them up.

Yes, you can! Simply contact our Customer Service team and let them know you’d like to cancel your order. They will take care of the rest for you. Please note that you can only cancel or update the order before it is shipped or prepared for collection.

What If I Receive a Product with an Issue?

We take great care in preparing each item for rental. However, we recommend you inspect the product upon arrival. If you notice anything unusual, please let us know immediately, and we'll take care of it.

What Happens if I Return the Item with Minor Wear and Tear?

No worries! We understand that rentals are meant to be used. Normal cosmetic wear won’t affect your deposit.

What Happens if the Product Is Returned with Damage or Missing Parts?

If the product is returned with major damage or missing parts, we may deduct part of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. We aim to be fair and transparent, and we'll always communicate with you about any deductions.

What Are the Standard Delivery Charges in the UAE?
